Email Viruses
I received this email June 14th, 2004:
“i will suggest that you stop sending me viruses and remove me form your mailing list”
If you have received any email viruses from an email address at “matthewdoucette.com”,
it is very important to realize that these emails are not from me or this website.
I do not have a mailing list and I do not spam or send email viruses.
The email may appear to come from my email address, but it is not true.
The email is spoofed with false information,
including, but not limited to, the “from” field containing my email address.
The email virus that emailed you knows my address
from a bot ripping it off my website sometime in the past.
I have now removed all "matthewdoucette.com" email addresses off my websites.
This makes it impossible for any bots to steal them anymore.
